Rather than having to encase all your hats in ugly plastic on the outside, we should be able to stay nice and stylish and dry all at once. Simply have a tubular ring as a plastic base that expands outward, and your head shapes the inside of your ball cap - since ball caps are the most worn hat in the world and the least water proof. Beats an umbrella!
