Any design of an orb such as earth, moon, planets, sun, baseball, etc., where the hands are half-arcs that navigate the "Orb" around numbers, one through twelve on one side for day and the same on the other side for night, with the minutes and the second hands. The "Orb" spins horizontally, so it can be seen from one side the entire time. The day time would be depicted as a lighter shade of color than the darker night side.
