Roller scate express drive through

How about a grocery drive through where you drop your checked list of needed items as you enter the lot. Then drive around the building to a pick-up window and while you are paying for said items they are being loaded into your car and you are on your way?
Inside a person has received your list and mounted on roller scates has grabbed a cart and on a one way isle has filled your order and run it through check out. While you are paying he/she loads the groceries into your car. The list of available items corresponds to the placement of items along the isle.
