Genetic Engineer the tobacco plant and take the Nicotine out.

I think after several years of nicotine free smokes. Nicotine smokes should be then outlawed. This would unburden the health system and solve one of the leading causes of death as smokes become unaddictive to people.

Reward: Save a life.

Most pipe/cigar stores have varieties of nicotine-free cigarettes like these. I personally think the ones made from cocoa leaves taste better than normal cigarettes. Unfortunately, the side-smoke smells like burning weeds. In China, some smoke tea grounds/leaves to avoid nicotine and this side-smoke smells a little like a popular illegal smoke here in the US.
