Use the huge water column pressure at sea depths to push some kind of a fluid inside a pipe to reach the sea surface , then the fluid falls down again inside other tubing to the bottom due to gravity , hence turning turbines and generating electricity .then the fluid is subjected to the water pressure again , hence the closed loop cycle continues.

Electricity generation is the process of creating electricity from other forms of energy.Electricity is most often occurs in an electro-generator plant, mainly due to heat engines powered by chemical combustion or nuclear fission but also by other means such as the kinetic energy of water flow and wind. There are many other technologies that can be and are used to generate electricity such as solar photovoltaic and geothermal.

Sounds quite complicated, though I guess that's what this forum is for.
They already have 'Ducks' which use the movement of waves to spin dynamos. They also have underwater versions of wind turbines.
Could you please explain your idea in a bit more detail, or maybe even post a diagram somewhere?
Cheers
