FREE POWER!!

No more power lines in a city, lighting up streets for free, and even powering intersections and crosswalks for free.

Integrated Designs that are customised to every theme can replace all the existing energy wasting equipment used today and even make a city look better!

To better explain my idea of the self powered city, picture a small 4 square block town in the middle of the dessert. well lit streets and sidewalks all night and some of the best air-conditioning inside buildings, all without any connections to the power grid.

Im hoping to build a "Test Plot City" in the next few years to exemplify all of this technology to make our lives better... for FREE!! A small plot of land with paved access can prosper with all the right infastructure. Lighting, Heating, Cooling, Cooking, and Transportation can all be FREE!!

Feal free to comment what else needs to be free in your city..

My question is this ..im trying to find a way to charge a 12 volt battery using static elect,im living on a Island that doest have elect. And with not that much available info and doing thing with the best of my abilities with not enough source information its sorta a new frontier Ive come across this site http://www.sky4energy.com/ why isn't it possible to use a wind turbine with out a generator that would have a round plate made out of lead and a Teflon brush that would come in contact with it as it spins to produce enough energy to charge a 12 volt battery and using capacitors to up the power ??and as Ive been doing my home work lol trial and error on the turbines which I already have and are in use .IVE found out when the turbines not producing any power it draws power back from the batteries ,so why isn't it being brought up to put a switch of some sort to stop it from back pedaling .I know its going to be brought up to use a resistor to only allow it to go one way .Ive tried that then it doest work it seems to have to have a open circuit to work any answers out their to any of these questions .and my brothers out there any info would greatly help or at least more discussion on it thank you

well, for increasing the power you could only increase voltage of the source. the amperage is changed with the voltage being stepped up, but cannot be increased. The good point behind your idea is the simplicity, with very few moving parts. downside, however, is the effeciency of the process of converting the wind energy to raw electricity. you would probably need a series of plates to produce enough power to charge a large battery faster than your consume rate.

as for limited parts needed to build a wind generator, here are a few critical items used:
-rare earth magnets (neodynium) out of computer hard drives are easy to come across
-thin copper windings, usually a small roll can go a long way.
-scrap wood
-basic tools
-high temp silicon caulking, or some sort of weatherized housing to protect generator.

these parts can be assembled to create a homemade generator, when driven by a good wind can not only charge a battery, but run a 100 watt light bulb with ease. several sites show more details, google it. everything can be made from found or recovered parts just laying around.

i hope this helps you out, and best of luck with friction modifying. you might find a solution to alternate your design for the effeciency, but it wont be easy without some sort of micro circuitry or several electronic stepping switches to control the flow.
