the invention ide i have is a dog collar that gives the ability of being able to understand what exactly a dog is saying when they bark and this collar would also be able to give the dog an ability of being able to speak in english to humans and this collar would actually have to convert the dogs barks into words that make it so the dog is able to talk like the collar would convert the dogs vocals into words to be more specific.
