A razor for files

Hi all
First post here. Great place.
A revision for Windows 2005 - little hairs that grow out of old and unwanted files and icons. When they get too shabby, you just shave them with your new File Razor.
Shaving removes non-essential files, tidies up, and replaces old files with the latest version. And leaves you with a smooth clean look that everyone will love.
