air-bags as ships

A giant air-bar with half of water inside and on the sourface one floating structure of the ship. It will permit the ship to be in the middle of an ocean storm with out noticing.
The water inside the air-bag will "suck" the power hits from the out-side. This air-bag can be packed (rolled) as a parachute when the ships gets land.
When huracan comes, the air-bag is filled an save the life and ship from its devastation.
For transporting oli, poisons, letal´s materials: One air-bag with 1/4 of water, a second smaller air-bag inside full of oil. It won´t be dangerous an easy to deal.
