two things: clothing-related

I actually thought these up some time ago, and I'm not sure if anyone else has thought of these.
One, I've always thought it would be funny, as some sort of art project slash experiment. I've always wondered how much hair it would take to be able to weave a waist-length coat out some/any guy's hair? I figure it's one animal hair that hasn't been tried. I mean, it's not a new concept with a coat being made out of body hair.
The second thing I think would be easier, and I don't know if the technology exists for it, but why hasn't a company out there come out with pet hair repellent clothes? I'm tired of using a rolling lint remover and I can't tell my dog to stay off me.
