I think we should attach little soup cans to annoying peoples backs. Then when you wnat them to go away they hear the clink sound of a few pennies, and scoot away. Everyone wins. The people making the soup cans, the people who don't have to be annoyed anymore, and the annoying people make a nice piece of change at the end of the day!
