Have you ever been on the toilet and somebody before you just used the last bit of paper, you hve a choice use your fingers, or press buttom, wiper blade come out of the toilet and wipes your ass, and washes it, and dry's it, then the blade would be dropped in the toilet and flushed away, i would not do any harm because it would be made of paper and cardboard,

In my bathroom there is a bidet right next to the toilet. Haven't used toilet paper for the last 32 years. Does a better job quicker & cheaper & warmer & softer.....great for those hemroids. Just be sure you don't make a mistake and turn off the cold water rather than the main spray!!!!! OUCH!
