Measured Liquid Dispenser

Does anyone have any ideas for a measured Liquid dpsienser that can be controled by a computer? Delivering anything from .025 Litre's to 100 Litres? Could be configured with Sensors, or timed to dispense specific amounts of liquid at specific times.
