the concept is simple,you could say that its an inverted but highly practical concept,
# when we think of a vehicle , a car what do we actualy expect,
a vehicle that,s affordable,
safe,
good mileage,
great looks,
power,
and which represents individuality ,
now here i am actually talking about a car,
a small 4 seater car,
WHAT WE HAVE IN MARKET:
cars that are heavy,made of steel
(the psychological reason is that people assosiate it with strength)
a powerful engine which carries the car , mainly. the people go as accessories,
the mileage is less,
so , not exactly affordable to the lower segment,
then , there is just something , and so usual about the looks, same for all, MONOTONOUS FEEL..
it needs a lot of maintainance,
and can burn a hole in the pocket,
if service and parts are required,
AT THIS POINT OF TIME IF THERE WAS A CAR WHICH WAS AFFORDABLE, COULD CARRY 4 PEOPLE MODESTLY,GREAT ON MILEAGE,SMALL ENOUGH TO SQUEEZE INTO SPACES,
SAFE AND REQUIRES LITTLE SERVICE,
WON'T THAT JUST BE GREAT???

the concept is big,
i have diagrams, conceps and simple modifications that have already been documented,
here i will give basics,
# what is the weight of an average 250/350 cc bike? 125..150 kgs,
if we take an engine,
use it on the simplest of base frame,
front based, feeding power to the rear wheels via a wired shaft(**)
the body is high gread moulded plastic,with embedded subframe of steel sheet with , crumple zones,
the car is not small,
because the body weight is less we can afford to make it roomy enough,
instead if glass we can use acrylic which is single sheet making front shield,roof, and rear shield,
it will rest on the main frame , the car chassis , and will be a common frame to the doors also,
trust me ,it does work..
the ventilation is through the same ducts which have simple mechanism, as turning a
knob,
the engine will need air as it will be an aircooled one,
air ram is built on the hood,
the car can have bucket seets,
a simple but beautifully designed facia,
and could come in many varients,
reason being the basics stays the same,
the panels can be mass produced with efficient distribution ,
the assembly and fixing of the panels can be from inside the door panel and it can be covered from inside by an internal panel,
all beautifully designed,
in all the objective is to keep the weight app 25 kgs more than the bike,
no i did not forget the wheels!!!
THE IDEA IS TO BREAK AN UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT WE CALL A PERSONAL CAR,
THE WHEELS CAN BE SMALL,
CAN FIT ALLOYS:-)
