The technology for this device already exists.
The device would measure the persons/worker's amounts of effort and convert it to a credit (equivalent to money) .
The device would have sensors that take readings from the heart and and skin of the person that is proportional to the amount of effort a person does. Industry is not interested in such an idea as it would not help the directors get bonuses forsimply enjoying themselves.
