Open Source Credit Rating tool

There is no Open Source Credit Rating tool or software that displays data on dashboards in GUI form available free of cost to anyone.
Simple to use and be able to compare various parameters. Reading 100+ pages to understand is not an option.
How can we improve the reliability of the open source tool and data so as to get better view of corporations and governments current position and not get misled by "opinions" given by private corporations based on assumption.
If any group is working on this, what progress has been made so far to the development and how can we contribute to the cause.
