What IS this thing?

This was presented as an "RF power divider." The box-shaped body is gold-colored and measures 3/8"x1/2"x1/8", with four 3/8" wires extending in opposite directions from each of the two long edges of the body. If you think you can ID this component, please email me and I'll send a photo.
