With the Holiday Season wrapping up, and my husband being a big decorator, we were discussing the possibility of having rope lights that can be cut and add some type of cap to finish off and reconnect the circuit of electricity. The caps could then screw into other ropes and you can mix and match colors of different lengths to create a variety of effects. They could also be used to write out messages.

Naturally, I am not an inventor nor electrician. Just a thought.
