My idea is to use face recognition software, of which there are many quite sophisticated, to use on a webserver in order to compare submited photos for likeness.
The likeness would be measure a facial, social, work and hobbies score which can be shared online.
A set rules could be drafted as regards to the photographs.
Income streams could be derived via a membership which would be required to get the details of a high % match.
Anyone interested...I'm a designer I can only organise the pretty house for it.
