new method of recycling

ok say u cut up a chicken or theres a moldy fruit in your fridge well we could set up a system that its like recycling its a composting station the left over food is brought to ur garbage by using biodegratable garbage bags the pick it up in a garbage truck and bring it to a station where it grinds it up for easy composting they put it in a field let it sit for a bit and sell it to the farmers for the soil or buy them off for ur gardens, it will be more nutrients in the soil then regular composte.
