Horse Racing Video Game

What this world needs is an up to date horse racing game for XBOX, PS3, PS2, etc...
There are none out there now that are realistic. What I am asking for is for someone to develop a game where you breed, train, race, talk with the jockey about plans for the race etc, and also buying and selling horses of all ages at public auctions as well as the ability to do so privately.
Help me out here folks. I am in the horse industry and this game could be a real hit if marketed and developed properly.
