As the population grows and millions retire they start to travel most by road in RVs. The truck lanes are too fast still, the slow lane keeps up with traffic, the middle lane is for the posted speed limit and the fast lane is restricted to passing zones and since we are always looking ahead to more people and ever expanding roads in the future we need some more rules and a lane for very slow traffic all the way to the right (In America or left in Europe) for people driving slow large vehicles in their twilight years to keep every one safe. They can stay out of the way of the daily commuters and the truckers and the speeders. The road projects are too expand as soon as possible just about every where so we include the retired. A nice gesture to those who came before us!
