You, my friend, are not the only one. My downstairs neighbor suggested the same dream a year or two back. I never followed up with it. The country doesn't quite seem right without buffalos roaming. I think it would be good to write your congressman, maybe talk to some native americans, start an e-mail campaign. This plan is appealing to all political stripes. Pork barrel patriotism!
