They(the CIA? maybe) say it takes 21 days to break a habit. Let's round up to 24(being 12 times 2).
The idea is a watch, with a simple LCD, and all around the edge of the circle are mechanical switches - 24 of them. Like light switches - tiny ones. For each day you succeed in breaking the habit, you flip the switch. It shows a green symbol underneath. If you don't succeed in breaking the habit, it shows a red "X" symbol.
The simple watch keep track of the days, but that is optional, since you can see your status easily.
