I want to see an application and website that allows for someone to choose a major and be thoroughly educated to recieve an accredited degree of various levels, all the way up to a PhD, if they properly apply themselves and work hard. Children in dire poverty could have the potential to reach new heights using the power of the internet and their god-given aptitude for the task. I strongly believe that the world would be vastly improved by opening doors for opportunity like this, and whoever were to come out with such an option would be able to die knowing he had lived a fulfilling life and had brought an open door to success to so many.

1) who would pay for it?
2) where would a child in dire poverty get access to a computer and the internet?
