just in case any sep 11 ever happens again (god forbid) but a skyscraper with a very deep swimming pool on all four sides with (obviously) retractable lids etc so anyone who is forced to jump may have a chance of survival. also mini parachute's/gliders made out of very lightweight material and small foldable etc, again just to add more chance of survival in any fire/explosion where people on the above floors are stuck
Reward: safety in the knowledge that if i was in a tall building there would be more ways down than stairs/lifts/jumping onto concrete
