Hate driving over speed bumps, well you can solve this problem by the speed bumps coming after you and chasing you down. They will be motorized with tank "like" tracks which will track and chase you down eventually going under your tires. Now instead of slowing down you will out run the speed bumps thus making the streets go a little bit faster.

Two years ago someone in Europe patented a speed-settable collapsible speed bump. You'll only feel it if you're going too fast. It's a hollow extrusion with a valve at each end. US market penetration was suppose to have started last year.

I hate speed bumps with a passion!
