I was driving in some very wet conditions the other day and I noticed how, when the disc brakes got wet, there was a delay when braking because of the film of water on the discs. This probably only happens in very wet conditions. The discs still rotate and the water comes off due to the lack of a centripetal force, but there is still water constantly getting on the discs.

My idea is to place an attachment on the brakes that blows pressurized air onto the discs to force the water off of the disc. The air would be blown away from the center as to work against centripetal force so that it's quicker and easier to get the water off.

Simple idea, I think.
