by gracken » Thu Nov 17, 2011 2:52 am the idea is that in crowded urban centers where traffic jams are frequent, what if you equiped a moped or bike to function as a like mini-ambulance, you'd equip it with a more very complete first aid kit, a small defibrilator maybe, things of the kind,
the driver would be a specially trained emt that gets to the scene of the accident, or crime or emergency and does what he can with to stabalize the patient until the actual ambulance gets there.
