Logo/Image for Research (stone-turner?)

Hi everyone…
I’m trying to come up with a logo/image/brand for my services (Research, Analysis, Writing. specializing in psychology while being open to other topics).
An idea I’m attracted to is “stone-turner” or turning stones from the expression “no stone unturned”. But it’s immature up till now… I need some thoughts to develop this idea further and/or some ideas that fit with my profile.
