by stockdam » Mon Aug 29, 2005 1:29 pm There's a growing trend for people to steal refuse bins so why not use an alarm that sounds when the bin is taken more than 20 metres from your gate (or whatever). Or for wheelie bins a brake that stops them from being wheeled away.
