If anyone out there has ever tried to install a bathroom sink with one of those pop-up assembly's, you would know that 9 times out of ten it will leak right after first assembled and need some extra tightening or adjusting. When your paying a plumber to install this contraption by the hour it can get costly. I propose a sink with a built in pop-up assembly. No more fussing with plumbers putty, Teflon type, crawling into small cabinets to tighten nuts. The sink will be molded with the pop-up assembly. Just set the sink in place with the built in pop-up assembly fitting into the "P" trap, tighten collar and your done. Less leaks, less time, less fuss!
Reward: Sorry, I would want 1% of sales because these things would sell like hot cakes.
