I was reading an article about old-guard hackers, and it mentioned Wi-Fi networks, and how some people share their internet and pay half each. Cool.
Wait... What if somebody purchased high-speed internet (admittedly, it would have to by sky-high speeed to prevent lag) and spread the cost between, friends, family and even strangers through strong-signalled Wi-Fi.
In the UK, 10Mbp uncapped broadband is availavle for £35.00 - all it takes is 5 people to get 10Mbps internet for £7 a month...think about it...

Reward: SOMEONE to do it near my house. It's so rural...
