| Television feedback
Have you ever watched a politician or other public figure on tv, and wonder how that person looks to people in other countries? Does that cool football coach look silly to people in other cultures? Likeable? Grouchy?Right now, there's no way to tell. But if people watching in other countries could submit feedback online, we could tell what they're thinking. It would be fun, and might even avert a few international misunderstandings.Reward: Global tolerance. Oh yeah: and I could click on "George W. Bush looks like a chimp"...

| Telemarketer Prevention
Develop technology, intrinisic in the home phone, that before the phone even rings once, answers; "If this a telemarket, donation request, political call, or if your number has caller ID block, please hang up and do not try again, otherwise stay on the line and your call proceed as normal." The technology to create such a phone would have to be created.Reward: Graditude of all those people who detest such calls.

| Picture Delay Button for TVs
It has happened to everyone: You have been watching a sports event for nearly two hours and nothing spectacular has happened. So you decide to go fetch a beer. The moment you're in the kitchen, you hear the commentator yelling and the audience roaring like mad. You run back to the living room to see what's going on, but by the time you're there it's all over. (Ok, they might show you a replay, but it's not the same thing...)The solution: Push the "Picture Delay" button on your remote control before setting off for the kitchen. With this feature, the picture will lag ten seconds behind the sound. If you hear that there's something exiting going on, you have enough time to return to your TV set and see it on the screen.
