How would you prevent overlapping routes? How would the city be divided? What would be the cost?

I'm all for recycling the rubber. I think you Idea is realy good. We have a track at a school near by that is made up of mostly recycled rubber.

My father-inlaw used somthing like this when he was working on his house. It was somthing like Flat Top's post with a strap for the waist.
