Nothing against your invention, but I think the MAIN reason there are so many accidents in the rain is that so many people are just plain stupid when it comes to basic precautionary measures when driving under less-than-ideal conditions.
Why do so many people find it necessary to drive 10 miles over the limit when it's pouring buckets? You are not supposed to over-drive your visibilty! You are supposed to drive slower than the speed limit if necessary.
I think RainX and windshield wipers would be sufficient enough if people would just drive SAFELY.
