now a days we can easily get a simcard.but the people like lowclass,farmers many more people are uneable to get cellphone because of its much price. so my idea is to launch a public cellphones in many villages. so that the common people can use the cellphones without much money.the device is same as the public coin box unlike here there is a software related to cellphones.as it wil be launched only in villages,investment wil be less. But it is user friendly.
