More Descriptive Name of my idea:

Ridged-pattern, Closed-Cell Foam, BI-FOLD headboard, doubling as camping sleep-pad

OK, first, here's a reference URL, then I'll clarify further down:

The above URL, Thermarest's ZLite sleep-pad, is an egg-carton closed-cell foam which folds up MANY times.

Then there's Ridge-Rest, which are ridges, rather than egg-carton style.

Well, here's what I propose:

A Ridged-pattern, Closed-Cell Foam, BI-FOLD headboard, doubling as camping sleep-pad

Dimensions:

When folded (as a bi-fold headboard, that's tucked between head-of-bed & wall behind it):
38" High, 34" Wide, 2" Depth

When unfolded (to become a sleep-pad):
76" Long, 34" Wide, 1" thick

Other versions of sleep-pad might be:
39" Wide & 1.5" thick

Reward: Say, 100 bi-fold closed-cell foam headboards for myself & friends. Also, satisfaction of having lightweight headboards, which don't require construction, but rather are standalone (tucked between head of bed & wall behind it), that way making it easy to rearrange furniture, especially if the bed itself is a convenient high-bed, as depicted elsewhere in my fantastical furniture posting.
