i would like to start a business providing a free service to local residents or within a fifty mile range from my house.these services would be for the unemployed,disabled,welfare, etc. lawn care,house cleaning,painting etc..i would like to do this full time,but also get paid.does anyone know if the state or gov pays people to do this.i really like helping people but also need to have an income.thanks.
