Instead of trying to close the PB oil spill, it is better to build a vacuum gas pipeline from the shore and suck the oil. At the bottom of a pipeline there should be a dome, catching and sucking the oil. At the top of the pipeline, on the shore, there should be a vacuum facility, oil tanks and a refinery. Few vacuuming facilities should be positioned along the pipeline. As an option the oil can be sucked from the barge or a platform on the surface of the ocean and loaded into tankers.
