You Purchase a Cheap Plastic Cell Phone and Simply take it out of it's packaging. Then when you want to activate it you pull out a Grenale like Pull Ring and this allows you to call non-stop around the Globe for only 24 hours then it goes dead. Mostly for Travel Emergencies since it could be made waterproof if you lose your own cell phone. You could also use it to call your lost personal cell phone's number to hear it ring or too see who found it.

It would be very wasteful. maybe a special Pre-paid sim would do the trick. I mean imagine all the crap that goes into landfill, plus all these disposable phones. and also how much time and resources it will take.
