We all know the advantages of moistened wipes for personal hygiene. Currently, you have to purchase BOTH toilet paper AND the moist wipes.
And in any case, the pre-moistened "rolls" are too expensive to use exclusively, but must be used in conjunction with toilet paper.
I propose that a toilet paper be created that can be wet by simple tap water, used, and discarded. Today's toilet paper would fall apart at being made wet, but this new toilet paper would allow you to, er, perform the function for which it was created, and then, after say, 10 minutes would begin a natural breakdown.
This would enhance cleanliness, as well as simplify the whole process.
Reward: Lifetime supply!
