A three inch wheel with rubber grip on the outside and two thumb holes for thumb twirling the wheel itself. This is a coin with a gear around the outside edge. You place your hands clasp together at the fingers then, place your thumbs through the coins thumb holes. You then spin the coin or geared wheel, with both thumbs. The gear spins on the inside with your thumbs. The wheel is held in place by two clasped hands and the two thumbs inside the fidget toy. It turns either direction like the wheel of a bicycle.
