I have an idea of taking the caller id on a phone and making a phonebook of the name and number. So that all you have to do is push a button, and save the name and number as it says on the id. And it is sent to a electronic phonebook built into the phone's memory. You can als delete and categorize the book.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your idea but, as you explained it, there are many MANY phones already out there like this. I got one for free when I signed up for a new phone package at my new apartment. After every phone call you have the option of saving the caller ID info or entering your own data about the caller before hanging up. These are available almost everywhere.
