Waste water from the kitchen sink is trapped in a compost area to dump the compostable material before being released to a recycling tank to be used for watering the garden.

Reward: Let me know the solution for keeping the grease out of the compost, and the method for getting the water out of the tank for watering.

Your invention sound suspiciously like a composting sewerage system (already installed in thousands of homes wihout access to a sewerage plant). Most fish 'n' chip shops also have grease and solids traps.
