Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner in a CupPrinter Friendly Version
This is important if you don't have the time to cook and fix yourself up a meal, you can just get a Meal In a Cup and microwave it for 30 seconds. This is also if you still want a balanced meal in the morning. Ideas for starter meals are Spam, bacon and Chinese noodles for dinner and for lunch a lettce, tomato and ranch, French or Italian dressing. For breakfast - waffles and bananas.
Reward: Getting the 6 pack of Dinner in a Cup for free and another 6 pack and even a 12 pack of Breakfast in a Cup

More efficient, humane work schedulePrinter Friendly Version
- 30 hour work week is standard. Jobs would offer both a 5AM to 11AM shift or a 1PM to 7PM shift. (Restaurants, bars would have different shifts.)
- Traffic on roads reduced as there are half the commuters on road at same time (except at lunch time).
- Families wouldn't need daycare. One worker in morning shift, other in evening.
- Go-getters, renaissance people can manage having two full-time jobs in completely different fields.
- Stores are open when you're not working.
- Greater worker efficiency, satisfaction (fewer hours, better work).
- Lunch can be enjoyed at home as family.
- Businesses are open for longer hours, making it easier to get things done, across multiple time zones.
- People can enjoy a good part of the daylight hours.
- Companies need less rental space for same job.
Reward: My choice of shifts. A holiday called Bluecube Day.

Elementary student cooksPrinter Friendly Version
My children are fortunate enough, thank God, to be served food at school but being picky, children do not always eat the food and a lot ends up being wasted. Why not make cooking lunch into a course (maybe a few classes could rotate days) - it could even be a hands on way to learn math, nutrition, science, social studies (about various culture's foods), etc.
Reward: healthy children

The Mayo-up MixPrinter Friendly Version
So I'm eating french fries for lunch today and I grab my ketchup packets and mayo packets and squeeze them out onto a napkin and mix them up so that i can dip my fries. Then the idea hits me... why on earth has no one came up with this? Ketchup mixed with mayo, put it in a bottle or a packet for on the go. I know of many people who do the same. Especially with seafood!
