Have it with an automatic on so that they wouldn't have to press a button to answer. You could just start talking to them and them to you. | Protect Copyrighted CDs/DVDs
CDs and DVDs that have a small re-writable part to write serial numbers for each customer, you could even make that a critical component of the program that would be encrypted. You could decrypt the CD/DVD with the serial number. This could also be incorporated to prevent unauthorized copying, which can be done with that current discs with many different programs.
