Baby Monitoring Clothing Printer Friendly Version
I would like new baby sleeping clothes to have glow in the dark features on them. I was up many times putting my hand on the baby to feel his stomach going up and down those first months he was home and it would have been nice to just be able to look at his pj's and see that he was breathing when I couldn't hear him breathe. Perhaps some glow in the dark stripes down the stomach or polka-dots would work.
In fact more baby/toddler stuff should have glow in the dark features so you don't have to turn on the lights to find them. Glow in the dark stuff is cheap so I don't know why more manufacturers don't use the already existant technology on bottle/ bedtime sippy cup lids, diaper tabs, etc.
Reward: Lots of happy moms who won't have to be fumbling in the dark and safer babies.

Computerized car stereo Printer Friendly Version
The concept is a computerized car stereo that has internet access. This way you could sit at your home (or work) computer and download songs directly to your car stereo. Also you would be able group songs into 'packets' so you would be able to push one button on the stereo and play one 'packet' similar to the presets for radio stations. For example - packet one is your ten favorite driving songs, packet two is is your wifes favorite ten songs, packet three is your girlfriends favorite ten songs, ect. You could configure these on your computer and send them to your car whether it's parked in your driveway or across the country. Also a feature of the car stereo would be to record a show or group of songs off of the radio to listen to later either in the car or back at the house.
Reward: I want one... or actually two for both of my cars.

Stop the stalker Printer Friendly Version
We had a phone talker that called from different pay phones and harass the women at home.
It will be nice to have a landline phone receiver has these:

1. Need a button on the phone that will playback a recorded male voice of "Hello".

(The stalker hangs up once he hears a male voice)
2. The phone should have a list of safe numbers that can be filled by the user. Any called from an 'unknown' number should play a unique ring tone. The caller should also be made to say his name before the user can answer the phone. In other words, the user should be able to hear the name of the user before she can decide to answer the phone.
Reward: The blessings of many simple women in Asia and Africa where it is difficult to trace or punish phone stalkers.
