Movies on Demand Printer Friendly Version
Maybe one of the movie companies like Blockbuster Video or Hollywood Video could team up with a cable provider to offer movies on demand. Much like pay per view you could order movies from it. But instead of watching whatever was coming on that channel and at the time that they are playing it, you could type in the name of the movie you wanted to watch, pay for it, and have it delivered to your TV. This isn't that far fetched as they already have digital cable and TIVO. They would just have to have all of these movies on some type of network that could send a requested stream to a specific viewer. Maybe you could search by genre, etc. Would be interesting.

New way to ear movies Printer Friendly Version
I'm from portugal, and in my country some movies (like finding nemo or harry potter) has 2 versions, the original version and the portuguese...
Well, the original version is for adults and teenagers, and the portuguese version is for children, who can't read.
Sometimes i have to go to the movies with my cousins who have 4/5 years and i really have to go to the portuguese version. The childrem make very noise, with screamings and laughing, and sometimes i can't ear a thing, so i think... when i'm in a meeting, and the speaker is french (for example!) i have an headphones, and i'm listening a real time translating of the speaker... why don't we make the same system in portuguese cinemas? so, the parents see the original version, and kids have the phones to ear the portuguese version (or the other way)?!?!?
Reward: the cinemas will save some cash, because they have only one room for the movie instead of 2 rooms, like they do...

what do you think?

Programmed Muscle Movement Printer Friendly Version
Map the human body by collecting electronic impluses of muscle contractions during daily movements. (the suit design similar to the animations industry use on live models to record movement for animated characters created in the computer/movie industry) Assign each lead with # or note, record the impulse firing sequences. A parapalegic should be able to wear a wired body suit powered by a small device that delivers the electronic stimulus to muscles that are programmed into an mp3 or ipod. There would be stored sequences for each activity; such as walk straight ahead, veer right, sit down etc. Most of our movements have counter muscle movements needed for balance, this would fire multiple muscle groups in the natural order. Change your direction, change the song!
Reward: Have someone in Animation animate a Real Human Body!
